Community room hire

Welcome to the Widjabul and Weemilah Rooms – your community rooms for hire.
We are the proud owners of two well-appointed and accessible multipurpose rooms and we want to share them with you.
Located in our Lismore Community Hub, each room can comfortably seat up to thirty people. The two rooms are separated by a retractable sound-proof partition and are available for hire separately or as one space.
Together, both rooms are equipped with:
- Stylish, moveable tables and chairs so you can customise the space to your own particular needs.
- Modern communications technology for hi-tech conferencing experiences
- Large digital screens for engaging presentations
- Commercial kitchen with a full complement of food preparation and serving equipment.
- Crockery, cutlery, glassware and serving equipment to manage any event catering requirement.
Fees for the hire of either room are affordable, starting at $25 for an hour, $65 for 4 hours or $120 for 8 hours.
Widjabul Room
The Widjabul Room is equipped with tables, chairs, digital whiteboard, large digital monitor, with teleconference and video conference facilities that include a PA and webcam. It is perfect for workshops, training, presentations and meetings.
Weemilah Room
The Weemilah Room is equipped with tables, chairs, whiteboard, large digital monitor and fully functioning commercial kitchen. The commercial kitchen includes food preparation and cooking areas, refrigeration, oven, dishwasher and a selection of serving appliances.It is ideal for tea, lunch and dinner events, food preparation, craft activities and meetings.

The central wall that separates the Widjabul and Weemilah rooms can be retracted, allowing both rooms to be used as one great, adaptable space.
