Grafton Support Worker (part time)
- Part time – 21 hours per week
- Location: Based in Grafton NSW
- SCHCADS Level 3 + salary packaging + bonus holiday leave
Community Gateway is recruiting a Support Worker. The role will include the provision of case management, information and referral, and advocacy to people with complex needs. Working under direction, the role will be required to establish and maintain effective referral networks, with the goal of ensuring a range of services and products are accessible to clients.
