Job description

  • 28 hours per week, 12 month maternity leave position
  • Based in Lismore NSW, various locations throughout Northern NSW
  • SCHCADS Level 4 Award + salary packaging + bonus holiday leave

The Child and Family Development Team Leader will apply a community development approach in working closely with families, other services, and support agencies to facilitate access to integrated wrap-around services that enable parents to engage in full time work or study.The position will undertake work collaboratively with coordinators.

It will undertake an educational leadership role in assisting our existing educators to lead the development and implementation of an effective educational program, and to maintain a safe, inclusive and positive environment for all children and their families.

The position will act as a floater for our After School and Vacation Club childcare services, to support child ratio across the services, and will provide guidance, instruction and direction to our supported playgroup facilitator.
