Support flood recovery in Northern NSW

5 Apr, 2022

Help us to help those in need.

After repeated, devastating floods over the last month, there are now thousands of households in Lismore and Northern NSW who have lost their homes, property, and possessions. Many have lost their jobs and thousands are homeless.

Our organisation has been supporting disadvantaged people in Northern NSW for nearly fifty years and has strong ties to the Lismore community. We know how to connect with vulnerable people in the region. We are also a registered charity and externally accredited, which means that our services are trustworthy, transparent and fit for purpose.

We are currently providing emergency relief to flood affected communities with vouchers for local supermarkets and stores for food, medications, white goods, fuel and utility bills. We are providing food parcels, clothing, toiletries and cleaning products at our community hub in Goonellabah and delivered to people unable to travel. We are offering trauma counselling with our accredited psychologists and social workers.

There is a far greater need to support the people of Northern NSW than ever before. If you want to help people to recover from these disasters, you can support us so we can do what we do best.
