The Accidental Counsellor – one day online workshop with Paulette Bray-Narai, internationally certified CNVC trainer.
About the training
This is an experientially-based one day training session for managers and staff without accredited counselling knowledge, who may find themselves responding to anxious or distressed people in their normal day-to day duties. The practical and effective skills covered are based on non-violent communication (NVC) aka compassionate communication and inform learners how to skilfully respond to anxious or distressed people they may encounter.
This one day format allows time for theory to be followed with practical opportunities to apply skills with the support of the certified NVC trainer, building confidence for managing situations outside the training.
