Confidential sexual and reproductive health services for all.
The Choices clinic is funded by the Northern NSW Local Health District and provides people in our region with important, confidential sexual and reproductive health services.
It was previously delivered by Social Futures for many years, and this year we have accepted responsibility to continue the great work the clinic carries out.
The existing Choices clinic, services and doctors will not change.
We are accepting appointments at the Southern Cross University clinic from 30 January 2023. In time, the clinic will move to our Lismore Community Hub. Clinic hours will continue to be 9:30am-4:30pm Monday and Thursday.
If you have any important concerns about your sexual and reproductive health before 30 January, contact us and a clinic doctor will call you back.

For existing patients of Choices
To have your patient medical information transferred from Social Futures to us, please click on this link. You can also contact Social Futures by calling 1800 719 625 or emailing choices@socialfutures.org.au to provide your consent. This is necessary for clinic doctors to be able to access information relating to your health.
