Jenni Beetson-Mortimer
Chief Executive Officer
Jenni holds a Master of Leadership from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Social Science degree. She is a graduate of Social Leadership Australia and has completed post graduate studies in public sector management. Jenni is chair of the NSW Financial Inclusion Network, treasurer of Homelessness NSW, treasurer of Homelessness Australia, a full member of the Planning Institute of Australia and the Institute of Managers and Leaders.
Jenni spent 15 years working in state and federal government in management, audit and project management roles. Since 2000 she has been employed in leadership roles within the NGO sector as CEO, manager, planner and community development worker.
Jenni is a descendent of the Ngemba people, originally from Brewarrina in Western NSW, and now livies in the NSW North Coast. Jenni has a strong commitment to social justice, financial inclusion, ending homelessness and grass roots community support that provides true integrated, wrap-around services to disadvantaged people.
Jodi Burley
Business Support Manager
Jodi manages the accounting, human resources and IT departments of our organisation. Jodi holds undergraduate qualifications in accounting, has over 20 years’ experience in both the corporate and welfare sectors and is a board member of RED Inc.
Warren Anderson
Social and Financial Inclusion Manager
Warren has over 15 years of experience in governance, management and regulation, having worked extensively through the community services sector, government, legislation, service providers and funding bodies across South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales. Warren also has experience in internal auditing, holding diplomas in Project Management and Training and Assessment. Warren is an international speaker with a solid management background in the non-government organisation sector.
Sarah Hughes
Service Delivery Manager
Sarah holds a Master of Business Administration and various other tertiary level qualifications in health including Clinical Science and Clinical Neurophysiology. She has worked as an Allied Health professional and clinical academic for over 11 years. Sarah is passionate about social justice, women’s rights, inclusivity and has a strong commitment to finding solutions for people who cannot access the care they need.
