Our volunteer visitors program fosters community connection for older community members, and adds deep meaning to the lives of volunteers.

Our digital literacy and digital life skills programs help seniors as well as the broader community to upskill in digital technology.

Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme (ACVVS)

The Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme (ACVVS) provides companionship for seniors living at home or in residential care facilities.

Free, one-on-one training to help seniors build confidence with computers, tablets and smartphones.

Partnership with Beating Hearts of Lismore.

Beating Hears of Lismore is a free, community-led, intergenerational singing and movement program, founded by Geriatrician Dr Rachel Jones. Each week between 60 and 80 people participate in this gentle physical activity while fostering social connection.

Community Gateway is proud to auspice the program that enables Beating Hearts to access funding.
