Our neighbourhood centres provide a welcoming and compassionate open door for vulnerable members of the Northern Rivers community.

Open every weekday from 9am-5pm, for assistance with everything from basic needs and food security, to complex service referrals, volunteering and training.

Lismore Community Hub

Our central hub for service access and information, social connection and assisted referrals. Located in the heart of Lismore to provide a safe space for those in need.
