Our Management Team

Jenni is a descendant of the Ngemba people, originally from Brewarrina in Western NSW. She holds a Masters of Leadership from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Social Science. Jenni spent time in state and federal government management, before transitioning into NGO leadership, with roles spanning CEO, Manager, Planner and Community Development Worker over the past 20 years.

Jenni is the Chair of the NSW Financial Inclusion Network and a Board Member of NSW Council of Social Service. She’s a member of the Planning Institute of Australia, the Australian Human Resource Institute and the Institute of Managers and Leaders. Jenni has an unwavering commitment to social justice, financial inclusion, and ending homelessness. She believes in the power of grassroots community support and truly integrated, wraparound services in changing the lives of disadvantaged people.

Jodi joined Community Gateway in 2013 and has over 25 years of experience in management accounting across NGO, franchising and co-operative sectors. With a strong commitment to inclusion and equitable outcomes for all, Jodi has previously held Treasurer positions on the boards of Paint the Town REaD and Red Incl. Currently Jodi’s role includes managing our business support team, and our children’s services social enterprise.

Marilyn is an AHPRA Registered Nurse with extensive clinical experience and holds additional leadership and management qualifications through both University of New England and NSW Health. Within her Clinical leadership roles, she has been recognised for her commitment to social justice and clinical service provision.   She has extensive background in Health and programs particularly in service delivery to Aboriginal people.

Tommy is a creative and intellectual problem solver, specialising in community support, social justice, marketing, engagement and training. Tommy holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Bristol, attended the renowned ad-industry AWARD school in Melbourne and recently earned a New Leader certificate from the Australian Institute of Management.
