Parenting Programs

Our Parenting Under Pressure program provides emotional support and practical skills for parents and carers.

Overview

Learn skills to parent with more confidence.

We deliver a program called Parents Under Pressure (PUP), to provide tailored support to help parents and carers care for their kids with more confidence, clarity and connection.

Our facilitators are passionate about supporting parents and carers from all walks of life, and the learning environments we create are safe, inclusive and supportive.

The program helps parents build resilience, learn new parenting skills, and develop healthier relationships with their children.
