Thoughtful wraparound support for families in need.

This integrated service offers up to 44 weeks ongoing, tailored case management with specific parenting supports such as in-home visits, access to playgroups, support for fathers, the Parenting Under Pressure program, access to counselling, referrals and more.

It’s designed to support vulnerable families with a dedicated case manager that can connect them into the services most suited to their unique situation.

Who is eligible for parenting support through Connecting Families?

Connecting Families is free for:

  • Parents of children up to 15 years of age
  • Who live in the Clarence region and;
  • Who find the pressure of parenting and everyday life difficult or overwhelming at times.
I’d like to refer someone to Connecting Families. What do I do?

To refer someone to the Connecting Families services, simply fill out the online referral form.
